Hello, my name is Molly Dalbec.

I was born in Florida but my parents moved us to Minnesota when I was just a baby. So Minnesota has been my home for pretty much my whole life.

It’s a quaint little Swedish town with little antique shops and art galleries. Most of the people living there, have lived there for years. Everyone knows everyone so it made for a real safe upbringing. It was o.k. to play night games until just after dark because you could trust people, for the most part.

I am one of five and I guess you could say that we grew up in a poverty mentality. We were in a tiny house that originally had two bedrooms and a three season porch. For seven people to live comfortably, my Dad built two bedrooms downstairs. It was great to have the room but the mold and allergies were a killer. We had one bathroom with no shower so we had to take our bath at night. My parents shared a car for years.

I remember for my 10th birthday I got a set of plastic headbands (you can pick them up for about a buck). I also remember when my Mom got a piece of Tupperware for Christmas, just one piece, not a set. We didn’t have health insurance for years and we got help with coupons and food stamps.

You may think I’m sharing this with you because I want to tell you about a bad childhood I had and how much I resent my upbringing but in fact, that is not the case at all. There was so much love in my family, you wouldn’t even know what to do with it. We held on so close to each other that nothing else seemed to matter. We made due with what we had and we focused on positive things.

We were all extremely healthy, we all loved God and trusted that he would be faithful to provide, and we were happy about the little things in life. We got real creative on how to entertain ourselves and spent a lot of time with people and were very involved in our church. Some of my best memories are from when I was a child.

The McLean's

Sure their were hardships, but they made us stronger and I learned a lot about what it means to have nothing. As I grew up, I was always searching for something more. I moved to Ocean Beach, California right out of high school and decided to dive into the real world by myself. Wow, what a shock. I found myself working three jobs just to survive on my own. After a year, I wasn’t enjoying the beach as much as I would have liked to and decided to pack up my financial strain and I and move back home.

A couple months later I decided to enroll at Minneapolis Business College for a Certified Medical Assistant program. I chose this because I wasn’t thrilled about going back to school and I knew this program only lasted 10 months. I also liked the idea of helping people and they promised to place me in a job right after graduation.

I never really applied myself academically in high school (kind of a social butterfly) and really regretted that, so I decided to work really hard in college. I graduated with just under a 4.0 and was thrilled to have walked across that stage with great honor. It was then that I realized I was capable of much more than I had let myself think. When you grow up in a poverty mentality, just getting by is just what you get use to.

Graduation Day

Being a Medical Assistant gave me the freedom to work in different fields. I started out in Family Practice, worked in Dermatology, as well as Orthopedics. I learned so much in the Medical Field and even more about the corporate world. I knew that I could only get so far before I would have to go back to school….get so far, go back to school…and so on.

I knew that I had to have so many P.T.O. hours before I could get that 3-day vacation. I knew that after a year I would get a 57 cent raise and after 3 it might be a dollar. This devastated me. I knew there had to be another way.

In the meanwhile I married my Junior-high sweetheart, Chris. That’s right 9th grade English class is when we met. We’ve been married 4 years now and I am lucky to have had him in my life for over 13 years. Oh, sure we’ve had our ups and downs…puberty all that stuff, lol! But all in all he is my rock, I’m a free spirit and he keeps me grounded. He loves me and stands by me even at my worst. He’s my Loyal Leo.

By the way, he runs a very successful cabinetry business from our home and does very well for himself. He’s quite talented…right now, as we speak, he is building a new entertainment system for our basement (major remodel). But it’s cool because it’s downstairs and not completely in the way of everything. One time we had our fridge in our living room and no kitchen, yikes. We ate out a lot for a couple months for that remodel.

Anyways…back to the story.

I started researching home-based businesses and typed in “top 10 home-based businesses”. I didn’t want to mess around with the new kids on the block, I wanted the juice right away. I wanted to start a business with a company that wasn’t on trial for success. Global Resorts Network was on this list.

I got hooked up with a guy named Jeff Mills and was thrilled to come in on his team because I knew he was a former youth pastor making little money, and within 4 years of his online businesses, has generated like two million dollars.

Jeff and I

I have been directly under Jeff’s training and I couldn’t ask for a better mentor.  He has taught me so much about Internet Marketing as well as how to become a good leader and coach.

I am also under Dani Johnson’s Work at Home Profit Zone training (www.workathomeprofitzone.com) which has been amazing for personal growth and people skills.  In attending her live seminars, she has truely taught me how to get out of my own way and grow a true passion to help others succeed in life.  She also has a great Debt-reduction program that has allowed me to pay off over $6,000 in 4 months.

Creating a Dynasty

For direct Internet Marketing skills I have attended Steve Renners Course on Creating a Million Dollar Online Business.  Steve has taught me so much on website building and driving traffic to your sites.

The amount of personal growth I have gained in this business is immeasurable. I know that I was sent here for a reason and I intend to follow the leaders in this company to develop the skills I need to help other people succeed.

There are a lot of people that are searching for a way out of their current situation and all I have to say is START SOMEWHERE AND START TODAY. Some people don’t even realize how big of a rut they are in until they start looking for a way out. Then your eyes open up and you start having hope, drive, ideas, excitement!

I want to thank you for taking the time to read my story today. I don’t know if joining Global Resorts Network will be the right thing for you, but chances are, you are looking for something otherwise you wouldn’t be on this page reading about me. So I think you’ll agree that after learning a little about me, you’ll see that I’m not going to try to force you into anything.
